If you are experiencing problems using ScanTango, the answer may be as easy as selecting the ScanTango Help item in the Help menu. If your situation is not covered there, or if you simply wish to suggest a new feature or enhancement, use the form on this page to send an email directly to our support staff. Our staff is on duty 8AM to 8PM EST, Monday through Friday, and will normally be able to respond within 24 hours.
